Details of Participation as Required by this "Host Resort"
There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. Only those that meet the following criteria, however, are qualified to participate in this promotional offer. Qualified Participants must have a combined income of at least $45,000. Retirees are welcome! If married, you and your spouse must attend together. Persons under the age of 18, employees of Peppertree Resorts, LTD, or an affiliate company, Peppertree owners or members, and anyone who has toured 
a Peppertree affiliate resort in the last 12 months are ineligible. At the time of check in, you must present a valid 
driver's license (or other government photo ID) and a valid major credit card or imprinted check. You will be 
required to take a tour of our resort. The average tour length is 2 hours, but this may very depending on your interest.
